In Memory of Scott WiseScott was a true military brat; born while our dad was in Korea, and traveled the world as an Air Force brat. He was active in Boy Scouts wherever we were, and served at the altar as an altar boy on several bases. He began school at Bitburg AFB as a first grader, and attended DOD school most of his life. He died on March 25, 1990. He smiles on the rest of us military brats now.
